What this site collects

This site has no forms, asks for no sign up and uses no analytics or advertising tools. It sets no tracking cookies.

Data only reaches Synko if you start a conversation on WhatsApp: your phone number, your profile name and the content of the messages you send.

The site host (Cloudflare) may log technical access data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to run the service.

What we use the data for

We use what you send on WhatsApp only to answer you and, if you want, to assess your process and prepare a proposal.

The legal bases are preliminary procedures for a contract at the data subject's request, and the legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (LGPD, art. 7, items V and IX).

Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand data to third parties. The conversation happens inside WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. The LinkedIn and Instagram links lead to third party sites with their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep the conversation as long as needed to handle your contact and meet legal obligations. If no work is contracted, you can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18) you can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing and deletion of your data. Send the request to jeandiego@synko.digital.

Changes to this policy

If something changes, for example if the site starts using analytics, this page will be updated first and the date above will change.
